Paid downloads, in-app purchases, subscriptions, advertising, or other direct revenue models usually use the standard 50/50 net profit structure.

Free apps that support an existing business may use a value-based compensation model tied to retention, engagement, lead generation, operational efficiency, or another agreed measure.
Complex or support-heavy apps
Mission-critical products may include specific terms around support expectations, response times, operational responsibility, and how that work is recognized.

The best candidates are simple to describe, useful to a clear audience, realistic to ship as a focused first version, and valuable enough to justify ongoing care.
The high-level model.
Ownership of the idea
You own the underlying concept, brand, audience understanding, and product direction. Xntric Designs owns the implementation, technical assets, and systems required to maintain and evolve the app unless otherwise agreed.
Product decision-making
You act as product manager. Xntric Designs advises on feasibility, complexity, UX, technical tradeoffs, and implementation risk.
Maintenance & updates
Xntric Designs provides ongoing updates, bug fixes, improvements, and platform compatibility work so the product keeps working across new versions of iOS and Apple devices.
App Store presence
Apps are typically published under an Xntric Designs or Xntric LLC developer account for operational simplicity and faster review cycles unless a different arrangement is mutually agreed.
