Agree an NDA & kick off safely
Before we talk details, we agree a non-disclosure agreement so everyone is comfortable sharing the idea openly.
Explain your idea in plain language
You walk us through who it is for, what it does, why it matters, and what success looks like. This is a product conversation, not a technical interrogation.
Clarify support expectations
We define how critical the app is, what user support should look like, expected response times, and what long-term care needs to include.
Define design, feel, and functionality
Together we shape the initial version: core screens, flows, brand direction, interaction style, and must-have functionality.
Build the prototype
Xntric Designs builds the app prototype and shares progress through screenshots, flows, decisions, and working builds.
Test in TestFlight
Once ready, we publish through Apple TestFlight so you can install the app on your own devices and feel the product properly.
Invite more testers
After the basics are working, you can invite colleagues, customers, or early adopters. We look for feedback patterns and targeted improvements.
Finalize, launch, and support
We prepare App Store submission, launch publicly, manage updates and bug fixes, and continue improving the product under the agreed model.
