How it works

From NDA to App Store launch, step by step.

Xntric Designs is built around a simple, transparent process. We protect your idea, shape it into a focused product, build and test it together, then launch it to the App Store with a clear plan for support and revenue sharing.

1

Agree an NDA & kick off safely

Before we talk details, we sign a non-disclosure agreement so you can share your idea openly and safely. The goal: give you the confidence to be fully open about what you want to build.

2

Explain your idea in plain language

You walk us through the concept: who it's for, what it does, and why it matters. No technical spec needed. This is a conversation about the user, the problem, and what success looks like.

3

Clarify support expectations

We talk about how users will be supported once the app is live — what happens if something breaks, what 'good' response time looks like, and how critical the app is to your business. This creates a shared picture of long-term care.

4

Define design, look & feel, and functionality

Together we define the initial version: core screens, key flows, branding, interaction style, and the must-have features for the first release.

5

Xntric Designs builds the prototype

We build the prototype and share screenshots, short descriptions, and key decisions along the way — so you can see the product taking shape and give feedback early, not at the end.

6

Test the app in TestFlight

Once the prototype is ready, we publish to Apple's TestFlight so you can install the real app on your own device. Not just screenshots — the actual experience.

7

Invite more testers for wider feedback

Happy with the basics? Invite colleagues, customers, or early adopters to the TestFlight build. We collect feedback, find patterns, and make targeted improvements.

8

Finalize, launch & support

We finalize the build, submit to the App Store, and launch. After launch, Xntric Designs manages updates, bug fixes, and ongoing improvements — while we both share in the upside through the 50/50 model.

Is my app a good fit?

We look for ideas that are simple to describe, useful to a clear audience, and realistic to ship as a focused first version. If that sounds like what you have in mind, we'd love to hear about it.
